This is how FourCastNet works

FourCastNet is a machine learning method based on AFNO and ViT.
Through out the past months, It constantly gives us blowing-up-solutions for test examples of ocean flows (that is, the flow velocity of the ocean gets close to the flow around black holes), which implies one of the following is true:
1. It correctly predicts the end of the world. Armageddon for most people, but graduate students feel lucky because they spent half a year working on it and finally they can publish the paper.
2. The world will not end (at least we are safe for 2023). No Armageddon for most people, but Armageddon for graduate students because they wasted half a year working on rubbish and their supervisor is angry.
